EDUCATION: Degree in marketing and business management, engineering, or equivalent experience. EXPERIENCE: More than 3 years of sales management experience, preferably in the engineered seal business or John Crane business in marketing, product management, or engineering and more than three years experience in a field sales capacity. APTITUDE: Ability to manage complex divisional satellite facilities; to direct and motivate employees; to personally sell and develop the sales ability of others. GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Responsible for key account responsibility and usually two or more sales reps. |
